Every client has different
childcare requirements and I believe “cookie-cutter” hours can make this
difficult for parents who are often required to work a variety of
shifts or schedules.
I do not have to adhere to the
operating hours of most large Centers. My independent children allow me
the freedom from extracurricular activities that may require a fellow
provider to operate with strict hours to accommodate their own young
children's busy calendar.
Keeping my group ratio small,
combined with flexibility allows me to custom set a schedule that works
for your family. This, in turn, can provide an opening for rate
